Dagenham and Redbridge Football Club Diversity Day

Levett Consultancy was proud to support Dagenham and Redbridge football club first Diversity Day, showcasing the many good things that are happening within Barking, Dagenham and Redbridge. Our staff gave up their time to run a stall showcasing how virtual technology is used in the classroom to help aid learning.

We were joined at the Diversity Day event by Daggers Ladies FC, Dagenham United FC, The East London Cricket Foundation, the International Day of Disabled People (IDDP), Face Painter Lurleen Matthews, the Metropolitan Police, the British Army’s personnel from the Royal Engineers, and the Countess Mountbatten’s Own Legion of Frontiersmen Volunteer Ambulance Services.

There were also the following distinguished guests present ahead of the match against Solihull Moors; Cllr Chand (The Mayor of Barking & Dagenham), Cllr Hussain (The Mayor of Redbridge), Cllr Darren Rodwell, Jon Cruddas MP, The Football Supporters Association (FSA), Kick It Out, Show Racism The Red Card, and Goals Dagenham Manager Ben Stokes.

Levett Consultancy would also like to congratulate Jayden Parker, a Year 9 pupils at All Saints School, who won the BD Group’s School Diversity Poster Competition, designed the programme cover for the game against Solihull Moors – so congratulations to him, runners up Saliya Joseph and Brooke Kelly, and to all of the other entrants!
