The Challenge
The Letta Trust faced significant challenges with its email signature management, which undermined brand consistency and created operational drag. Without centralised control, updating signatures was a highly inefficient, manual process that placed a heavy burden on administrative staff. This led to inconsistent branding across the Trust's various schools and departments.

Levett Consultancy’s Google Cloud solutions team took a consultative approach, using the PRINCE2 framework to manage the project from start to finish. Through detailed discovery, we identified Patronum as the ideal Google Workspace tool to solve the Trust's challenges. Its ability to centralise and automate email signature management directly addressed the core needs for brand consistency and operational efficiency.
