The LETTA Trust is born of a history of collaborative working between Bygrove and Stebon primary schools alongside our community partners. We strive to give children the best chance of happiness and success at school and beyond; to growing active citizens with a strong moral compass who want to make a positive difference in the world.

As a growing Multi Academy Trust, where they require a robust IT platform to create a foundation that can support their current academies and scale with future members. It is also very important that the IT platform lower IT costs and ensures end users in all academies have a consistent IT experience that improves productivity and promotes positive learning outcomes for our school community.

Levett Consultancy Project Management Team worked with the school leadership to plan, develop and deploy a hybrid cloud /server environment. We upgraded the Letta Trust Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals to the Plus edition to allow us to implement Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) to manage Windows devices and deployed Google Drive for Desktop to allow end users access their data effortlessly.

Wonde Sync was provisioned to sync the schools MIS with Google Classroom, ensuring staff and student data is always kept up to date automatically. The last part of the solution was implementing SaaS Protection backup to ensure all Letta Trust data held within Google Cloud is backed up, meeting the trust business continuity objectives.
