Source 19 selected Levett Consultancy as Barons Court Primary School Manage Service Provider (MSP) due to the company's industry recognised record in transforming schools for the better using cloud technology. The school selected Elite Gold Support with Platinum services to provide a full rounded IT support and Consultancy service. As part of the onboarding process Levett Consultancy Project Management Office (PMO) undertook a readiness assessment that identified strengths and weaknesses.
From the readiness assessment, a Digital Transformation plan based on Levett Consultancy ‘Your Cloud’ building elements aligned to the school’s strategic vision, was designed and evaluated by the school leadership team. The agreed plan was key in creating a solid foundation of support levels and setting expectations, whilst the school under went its digital transformation. One of the very first tasks within the agreed plan was implementing and deconstructing the multiple networks the school had in place to create a single learning environment network where everyone can collaborate and work together.
As part of Levett Consultancy Platinum Service, a Project Manager was assigned to act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders and oversee the network infrastructure project. This project was completed on time and within budget, whereby the school now has a network in place that has not only improved the teaching and learning environment, but also lowered the amount of support required. Barons Court Primary School can now raise IT incidents to the Levett Consultancy Service Desk and get 99% of raised tickets fixed remotely more efficiently instead of waiting for a scheduled technician visit.
Furthermore, to ensure systems are running correctly and align with industry best practices, Levett Consultancy, as part of its Elite Support Gold service, provides a number of on-site proactive health check visits per annum to review the school systems, where if any issues are found these are reported and resolved within agreed Service Agreement Levels (SLA). This approach ensures that the school can get on with its main business without worrying about IT systems, where Levett Consultancy can resolve an issue before it turns into a major problem.
