Paradigm Trust (Paradigm) is a not-for-profit educational trust with schools in Ipswich and Tower Hamlets that are free and open to all. Paradigm's mission is straightforward: nurturing outstanding schools that empower every student to reach their full potential, based upon three pillars: Integrity, Excellence and Community.

The Trust has created a strategic vision centred around the Department of Education guidance on using cloud technology to create consistency across all of its academies ensuring everyone has ease of access to resources regardless of the location they are working from. Key to this challenge is ensuring all academies can communicate efficiently without the need of travelling between sites.

Levett Consultancy, a trusted partner specialising in public sector and Google solutions, was asked to implement a video conferencing solution to connect its geographically dispersed academies to improve communication. We adopted a consultative approach, understanding Paradigm's unique needs and recommended Google Meet Hardware. To ensure the perfect fit, we offered our "Try before you Buy" program with loaner kits. This trial period allowed Paradigm to experience the solution firsthand and confirm its suitability.

Following a successful trial, Levett's deployment team seamlessly integrated Google Meet Hardware with Paradigm's Google Workspace for Education Plus platform. We then configured the hardware at each academy, ensuring smooth operation and user-friendliness.
