Our remote technical support service is designed for organisations that do not require regular on-site technical support but want peace of mind that when a hardware, software or cloud problem occurs, you can request support. Our support service is offered as a tiered service based on Bronze, Silver and Gold to fit with your organisation requirements. Each service provides you with access to our experienced service desk team to remotely troubleshoot and resolve logged incidents. If an incident cannot be fixed remotely then a technician will be scheduled to visit your organisation to resolve.

Cloud Systems Support

Cloud Support is our dedicated support for Google G Suite, Microsoft Office 365 and Home Access Plus+ over annual agreement providing you with access to our experienced service desk team to troubleshoot and resolve logged cloud platform incidents. As of official partners of Google and Microsoft and developer support for Home Access Plus+, Levett Consultancy is able to offer best of class support for these cloud technologies so your organisation gets a great experience from using Google G Suite, Microsoft Office 365 and Home Access Plus+ platforms.

Premium Support

Our On-premises traditional ICT support for your organisation

Premium support service
Premium Support Service provides you with a qualified ICT Technician to work at your premises, along with access to our experienced service desk team to help resolve hardware, software or cloud problems during term-time. All of our Premium support packages are tailored to meet your specific on-site requirements based upon an annual agreement over the 39-week Academic year. All of our ICT Technicians hold an enhanced DBS certificate, that is renewed every three years along with attending safeguarding training.

Platinum Services

Best of class fully managed IT support service for your organisation all year long

Platinum Service is an add-on to Elite or Premium Support services enhancing your chosen support service, where we work with your leadership team as your trusted ICT partner. This enhancement provides your organisation with access to British Computing Society (BCS) technical consultants, change and project management, professional development training for your staff and invitations to special events. Furthermore, our BCS experienced technical consultants will create detailed annual technical improvement and refresh plans giving you a fully rounded high-level ICT service all year long.
